My fee is 170.00 for the first evaluation session and 135.00 per each 50 minute therapy session thereafter.
I accept many of the most common insurances including:
- Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Aetna
- RMSCO
- Medicare
- Optum Health Care
- United Behavioral Health
- Empire
- United Health Care
For those with any of the above insurance, I accept the allowable reimbursement rate as dictated by the insurance company. The patient would just be responsible for any deductible or co-pay at the time of their session.
I can also often arrange services as an “out of network provider” for other insurances not included above or I can make reduced rate arrangements for self-pay for those without insurance or who for various reasons may not want to go through their insurance company. Arrangements would be made based on an individual’s ability to pay.
